As a 33-year Long Island native from Westbury and Huntington, New York, my husband (from Massapequa, NY and Holbrook, NY) and I made the move to Mount Pleasant, SC (Charleston County) in 2021. After buying and selling 6 personal properties, and overseeing the real estate process for 10 sets of close friends & family that decided to make the move to Charleston, I decided to formally apply my expertise in becoming a licensed realtor. My real life experience making a move of such high magnitude, along with my corporate finance background, and real estate expertise, no one is better equipped to act as an expert extension of your family, as we ensure that your home purchasing or selling process goes optimally. It's all about yielding the best result, while providing an enjoyable experience during an exciting, yet stressful time in your life.

Additionally, we have a nationally recognized formal in-house Marketing, Media, Creative, and Analytics Team to ensure that your bid for a home purchase and/or your home sale price when selling is optimized, based upon both experience and modeled data. My knowledge and instinct, combined with such an advanced analytical approach is guaranteed to leave your family in the best position to secure your dream home or maximize the sale of your existing home.

Let's WORK Together

Charleston isn’t just a place to live...it’s a lifestyle upgrade. With its mix of coastal beauty, economic opportunity, and cultural richness, it no wonder why the most commonly used phrase here is "We live on vacation!"

Whether you're looking for historic charm, modern convenience, or true coastal living, no place "delivers" like Charleston, South Carolina. Downtown historic homes and luxury properties.
Waterfront estates with marsh or ocean views, master-planned golf cart communities and affordable suburban options for first-time buyers, all exist here in Charleston.

Objectively speaking, Charleston has arguably the best weather on the East Coast, with nearly 5 months of "Fall weather", a mild 2-month winter in high 30's and 40's, an emerging Spring in February that runs through May, and a hot Summer that is remedied with the availability of local pools and beautiful nearby beaches.
